The Challenge
The challenge of this project was to create a modern, visually open workplace that maximized natural light and exterior views while still accommodating a wide range of work styles, furniture needs, and future adaptability. C3BI needed to balance transparency and a refined, minimalist aesthetic with practical considerations such as acoustics, technology integration, storage, and comfort across open work areas, private offices, and formal meeting spaces—all while maintaining a cohesive, timeless design throughout the office.

Designed to support a modern, evolving workplace, this project centered on creating an open, contemporary office that feels both polished and effortless. Transparency was key - glass storefront systems were used to eliminate visual barriers, flood the space with natural light, and maintain strong connections to exterior views, establishing a calm, elevated atmosphere from the moment you enter.
A workplace that adapts.
Highly configurable workstations, benching, and storage systems were thoughtfully selected to support flexibility, personal expression, and changing demographics. Integrated power, data, and screens ensure functionality without visual clutter, while consistent materials and clean lines unify open work areas, private offices, and collaborative zones.
Comfort with intention.
From refined boardrooms to relaxed reception and signing spaces, seating and furnishings balance professionalism with comfort. A mix of contemporary and residential influences adds warmth and approachability, creating an office environment that is cohesive, adaptable, and designed to support both focus and connection.
