Acadia Group Of Companies
The Challenge
The challenge of this project was to bring together Acadia Group’s multiple companies—each with distinct functions, workflows, and cultures—into one cohesive, unified workplace. The space needed to support a wide range of activities, from focused individual work and executive meetings to casual collaboration, training, and large group gatherings, while maintaining a consistent aesthetic and strong brand identity.
Flexibility, functionality, and durability were essential, as was creating an environment that felt modern, welcoming, and reflective of Acadia’s depth of expertise—without compromising comfort, productivity, or long-term adaptability.

Warmth, elegance, connection.
The renovation called for furnishings that could elevate the experience while supporting the rhythms of daily life. With an open-concept vision rooted in mid-century modern design, the space required pieces that felt refined yet approachable—inviting conversation, comfort, and community.
Furniture with purpose.
Every selection was chosen to balance beauty and performance. Rich walnut tones, tailored silhouettes, and layered textures create an atmosphere that is both timeless and welcoming.

Our relationship with C3BI began through the award of an office desk tender for our project, however we also decided to award the balance of our furniture requirements to C3BI as well due to their large showroom showcasing a range of solutions, their professional team and strong relationships with local designers, their proven dedication to our project and their attentive customer support.
