The Challenge
The primary challenge of this project was creating a cohesive, daylight-filled workplace that could accommodate highly varied office, workstation, meeting, and storage needs without compromising visual continuity. C3BI had to seamlessly integrate demountable wall systems into the base building while maximizing natural light penetration to interior spaces.
At the same time, the design needed to balance ergonomic performance, flexibility, and collaboration with a refined, unified aesthetic - requiring careful coordination of complementary Teknion systems so the space felt intentional, consistent, and supportive for all employees despite diverse functional requirements.

Light, openness, and workplace continuity.
SIGA’s new building was designed to prioritize daylight, clarity, and a unified visual language throughout. By integrating Altos demountable glass walls into the base building, C3BI ensured natural light could flow freely from exterior windows into central areas - creating an uplifting environment that supports employee well-being and shared experience. A calm, modern palette and complementary Teknion systems establish a consistent architectural rhythm across the space.
Integrated systems, human-focused design.
From enclosed offices and meeting rooms to workstations and shared support spaces, furnishings were selected to balance flexibility, ergonomics, and cohesion.
Height-adjustable desks, panel systems, and coordinated storage solutions accommodate diverse functional needs while maintaining a seamless aesthetic. Thoughtfully chosen seating encourages healthy posture, collaboration, and informal connection, adding comfort and visual interest throughout. The result is a bright, cohesive workplace that reflects SIGA’s culture and showcases the strength of C3BI’s integrated design approach.

C3BI’s assistance in the workspace design, and willingness to work through countless revisions, landed SIGA in a position to select the right product in a final building layout that created a home away from home for every employee. They know how to work under a single client project plan with all trades and design partners on small to large-scale projects.

Project Summary
C3BI collaborated with SIGA to deliver a bright, modern workplace rooted in daylight, continuity, and employee well-being. By integrating Teknion’s Altos demountable glass walls directly into the base building, natural light was allowed to flow deep into the interior, enhancing central work areas and creating an open, connected environment.
Complementary Teknion systems - including height-adjustable workstations, panel systems, and coordinated storage - were thoughtfully applied across offices, meeting spaces, and support areas to meet diverse functional needs while maintaining a cohesive aesthetic. Ergonomic seating and purposeful layouts support collaboration, comfort, and healthy posture, resulting in a unified, flexible workplace that reflects SIGA’s culture and showcases the strength of an integrated design approach.
