Mobius
The Challenge
The primary challenge of the Mobius project was designing a dynamic, open‑concept workplace that could flex and evolve with the company while supporting a wide range of work styles. The space needed to accommodate focused individual work, collaboration, social interaction, and privacy - without sacrificing comfort, acoustical control, ergonomics, or brand identity - making balance, adaptability, and thoughtful product integration essential to the overall design.

Flexibility, energy, momentum.
Designed to grow alongside the team, Mobius’ new office balances focus, collaboration, and connection in a bright, forward‑looking environment. Working with Concept3 Business Interiors, the space was shaped to adapt - supporting everything from heads‑down work to creative exchange, social moments, and quiet privacy.
Design that works harder.
Furniture and layouts were selected to give employees choice and control. Height‑adjustable workstations form collaborative clusters while maintaining personal privacy, paired with ergonomic solutions that support movement and comfort throughout the day. Acoustical treatments were thoughtfully integrated to soften sound, visually energize the space, and enhance well‑being - turning noise control into a design feature.
A workplace with personality.
Layered textures, bold accent colours, and warm finishes reflect the lively Möbius brand, creating an environment that feels both professional and human. Communal cafés, lounges, and flexible meeting rooms invite connection and spark creativity. The result is a vibrant, motivational workplace - one that empowers people today and evolves with Mobius into the future.

The team at Concept3 has been great to work with and they worked very well with our architect and with our general contractor and we are absolutely thrilled with our new workspace and how this all came together.
