The challenge was to create a workspace that reflected Ascent’s modern, innovative brand while complementing the character of a nearly century-old warehouse. The space needed to encourage creativity and open collaboration without sacrificing individual productivity, while also providing the flexibility to adapt as the company continued to grow.

Ascent wanted a workplace that reflected its forward-thinking identity while making the most of the character of its nearly century-old warehouse setting. Working with Concept3 Business Interiors, the team created a modern, flexible environment designed to support focused work, encourage open collaboration, and evolve alongside a growing organization.

Teknion Upstage workstations established a flexible foundation throughout the office, complemented by Thesis library tables, Humanscale monitor arms, and SitOnIt seating. Together, these elements created an ergonomic and engaging workplace where employees could move easily between individual tasks and collaborative work. In the boardroom, Global Contract’s Kadin table and KI Doni chairs introduced a clean, contemporary aesthetic that reinforced Ascent’s brand.
By balancing modern furnishings with the building’s historic character, the finished space feels distinctly Ascent. Thoughtful planning and adaptable furniture solutions allow the workplace to respond to future growth while providing the team with a creative, productive environment built for how they work today.
