The Challenge

3twenty Modular designs and builds commercial, institutional, and educational spaces across Western Canada using a modular construction approach focused on efficiency, quality, and care. Their work supports the places where people learn, heal, work, and gather — from schools, daycares, and health centres to retail spaces and offices. Each project is shaped by the needs of the people who will use it, including their own Saskatoon office, recently completed as a reflection of their values and capabilities.

Collaboration, flexibility, focus.

Designed to support connection and creativity, 3twenty’s new office balances open, communal environments with spaces for privacy and concentration. The building brings together teamwork and individual focus through a contemporary layout that reflects the evolving nature of work and the culture of the people within it.

Space that adapts.

Integral to the design was the integration of Teknion Architectural wall systems, including Tek Vue and Altos, allowing the workplace to remain flexible without sacrificing privacy. These demountable systems created adaptable zones that support collaboration while maintaining visual and acoustic separation when needed. A curated mix of perforated metal, fabric tackboards, back-painted glass whiteboards, neutral laminates, and glass fronts adds texture and depth—while maximizing natural light and visual flow throughout the office.

Furniture for people.

Furniture selections from Teknion, complemented by statement pieces from Studio TK, emphasized ergonomic comfort, modern design, and long-term functionality. A thoughtful mix of workstations, private offices, communal areas, and collaborative furniture creates an inviting environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and well-being. Together, these elements form a cohesive workspace that feels both inspiring and supportive of 3twenty’s collaborative culture.

"

I was very particular about the design of this space and how each surface, tone and texture was to play a role in the design. C3BI welcomed me and my long selections process with open doors. They were personable and allowed me to take the time I needed and for that, I am grateful.

Project Summary

3twenty’s new office building stands as a modern, people‑centred workspace designed to support collaboration, creativity, and focused work. Open communal areas invite connection and teamwork, while private offices and meeting rooms provide quiet spaces for reflection, concentration, and decision‑making. Together, these elements create a balanced environment where employees can thrive individually and collectively.

Thoughtful integration of Teknion Architectural Walls plays a defining role in shaping the space. Tek Vue and Altos demountable wall systems introduce flexibility while preserving privacy and natural light, allowing the office to adapt and evolve with its users. A curated mix of finishes—including perforated metal, fabric tackboards, back‑painted glass whiteboards, laminates, and glass fronts—adds texture, function, and visual cohesion throughout the workplace.

Carefully selected Teknion furnishings, complemented by Studio TK statement pieces, bring comfort, ergonomics, and modern warmth to the interior. The result is an inviting, cohesive setting that reflects 3twenty’s collaborative culture and supports employee wellbeing. C3BI is proud to have partnered on this project, contributing to a workspace where connection, creativity, and shared success feel both intentional and attainable.
