The Challenge

The primary challenge of this project was creating a cohesive, welcoming clubhouse environment that seamlessly connected interior and exterior spaces while meeting the functional demands of a high‑use public facility. The design needed to balance durability and performance with comfort and refined aesthetics, all while reflecting the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. Careful coordination was required to ensure consistent materials, colour palettes, and furnishings across dining, lounge, meeting, and outdoor areas, allowing each space to feel distinct yet unified within the overall vision for the Deer Park Clubhouse.

Warmth, connection, and landscape led design.

The Deer Park Clubhouse was envisioned as a welcoming gathering place that reflects its natural surroundings while elevating the experience for golfers and guests. Working closely with the project team, C3BI curated furnishings that balance refined comfort with durability, using natural materials, dark earthy tones, and forms that feel grounded and approachable. The result is an interior filled with light, warmth, and texture - inviting visitors to linger, connect, and enjoy the setting.

Furniture as experience.

Every selection was made with intention, from the restaurant and lounge areas to the boardroom and outdoor patio. Thoughtful layouts encourage social interaction while supporting functionality for dining, meetings, and relaxation. Seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces reinforce a sense of flow, allowing guests to move effortlessly from the clubhouse to the deck and patio. Through cohesive furniture integration and careful attention to atmosphere, the Deer Park Clubhouse delivers comfort, continuity, and a strong connection to place.
