The Titan Group is a lighting & electrical manufacturer agency founded in Saskatoon, SK in 2008 and is known for providing leading edge innovative lighting solutions & product technical support in a seamless process. Recognizing Concept3 Business Interiors’ own service excellence and extensive product knowledge, Titan chose C3BI as their partner to assist with their new office project.

"Creating a one-of-a-kind space for Designers, Architects and Engineers to come and get inspired was a daunting project to undertake and we needed to collaborate with partners who understood the level of expertise we were requiring to create this spectacular space. We required expert advise on balancing an open, modern space with the functionality of personal desking systems and after speaking with other business interior companies, C3BI’s passion for service excellence, product knowledge and understanding our vision truly catapulted them into a completely different level of service compared to others. This is when we knew we had found our partner for this project. Heidi from C3BI was incredibly patient, giving us as many options as possible in creating this one-of-a-kind space in Saskatchewan.

Titan’s vision of old world elegance with modern functionality was captured using Teknion’s Leverage panel system and adding height adjustable desks in crisp very white & black finishes. This system houses the electrical internally, so it is easily accessible with a clean aesthetic. The addition of the Humanscale dual monitor arms and keyboard trays makes this space not only beautiful but functional & ergonomic.
In private offices, C3BI paired Provincial Oak High Pressure Laminate (HPL) with Teknion’s iconic Y-Legs resulting in a modern look with the warmth of wood but the endurance of HPL. Complimenting the office interiors with Amplify task chairs from Sit-on-It seating, Global Ibex and X-Chairs all specified in black, adds additional comfort for the users while maintaining the overall design.
Teknion Training Tables on casters were paired with the Heartwood Distributers nesting chairs to create a boardroom that could easily be transformed from a large meeting space to a great training room facility for vendors and clients in an instant. In addition, a Teknion bar height meeting table with accessible power module was added to the small meeting room along with the ultimate comfort of molded Nami bar stools to provide a collaborative space that can be used for quick standing meetings or longer collaborative sessions.
Studio TK Tulip lounge pieces & Zones tables were added for the final touch to give additional warmth & comfort with an at home feel.
Titan’s new office is a beautiful and unique space showcasing both C3BI’s products & design paired with the beautiful lighting options that Titan offers. The space is truly an expression of Modern meets Old World Elegance and Class that Titan had envisioned!
